Zippco Toilet Cubicles

Privacy and hygiene were the two things. We designed and manufacture minimized clearances below the panels and doors, and engineered the doors with interlocking aluminum channels to ensure a tight, top-to-bottom seal. The cubicles not only feel secure, but they also boost emotional comfort, since no one can see in or out.

Hygiene, the second design driver, got equal attention. All components were styled with minimal detailing to reduce dirt buildup and facilitate cleaning. The metal support legs were fashioned as cylinders and dimensioned to the smallest possible footprint to make mopping more thorough and efficient. And a stainless steel, hands-free latch was invented to allow users to both lock and exit.

Colour Choice

Solid grade laminate (SGL) is extremely resistant to impact and all surfaces are impervious to water. Panels from Abet Laminati are 13mm-19mm nominal thickness with polished black radiused edges. Above thickness available from 20mm-44mm in sandwich panels in compact from Abet Laminati.

Toilet Cubicles

Zippco Washroom Cubicles for high-traffic Areas Airports, Public transport and Shopping Malls which is sustainable and performance functionality.

Cubicles are constructed from 13mm SGL ideal for wet areas. The range come complete with complete hardware(cubicles locks, hinges, pedestals, coat hook, brackets etc) manufactured from stainless steel / nylon.

The panels are secured to all using ‘U’ shaped brackets.

Washroom cubicle design with flush-fitting doors and panels for both wet and dry environments. Sizes: Tailored to suit the individual project requirements.

Shower Cubicles

Made of 13mm solid grade laminate suitable for wet area with a dept maximum 1800mm (Divider), 2000mm height with option 150mm bottom clearance or Stainless steel skirting and door and post size depend on the project requirements.

Urinal Partitions

Standard panels are made of high-pressure 13mm solid grade compact laminate flat panels based on thermosetting resins. Homogenously reinforced with wood fibers and manufactured under high pressure and temperature.
